Photo of Laurie LoRe-GussakLaurie LoRe-Gussak, FDOA Executive Director, has over 20 years of experience in the not-for-profit / association management field.  She has worked for the Florida Disabled Outdoors Association since 2002 and volunteered with them prior to that time.  Her experience includes serving as Executive Director for ITFlorida and Executive Director of the TalTech Alliance as well as tenure at the Florida Institute of CPAs and the Florida Association of Court Clerks.  She has a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology and Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo.  Laurie also graduated from the Institute of Organization Management, which is a prominent training program for association executives.  She obtained her certification as a Certified Association Executive through the American Society of Association Executives. She has been active in her professional community.  She served on the Diversity Committee for the American Society of Association Executives.  She has served on the National Marketing Committee for the United States Chamber of Commerce Institute of Organization Management.  She has also been an active member of the Tallahassee Society of Association Executives chairing various committees and served on the Board of Directors of the Apalachee Blues Society.

Photo of Lesa EvansLesa Evans, Marketing Manager, has over ten years experience working for associations. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida State University. She brings a wide range of talents to FDOA including promoting, planning, soliciting, and executing events. Lesa’s experience includes producing and overseeing integrated marketing
campaigns. Also, Lesa serves as liaison to many of the SportsAbility partners. She has experience in strategic planning, behavior management, and overseeing logistics for transportation. She has effectively led community projects and events and held various positions on elected boards. In addition, Lesa has worked with people with disabilities at the FDOA and through numerous volunteer opportunities.

photo of Ryan SpragueRyan Sprague, Miracle Sports On-site Coordinator, is the father of four young boys, the oldest having Cerebral Palsy. His family began as participants in Miracle Sports in 2009, and Ryan became the coordinator in 2011. He enrolled at Florida State University as a student-athlete and earned his degree in sports Management in 2000. He combines his love for sports and desire to help give extraordinary athletes a chance to play to enhance Miracle Sports.
